Pros:

Love staying at Insólito. It is my favourite hotel. The design and atmosphere is amazing. There is plenty of generous space, two pools, easy access to the beach, great restaurant and the staff are so nice and accommodating.

Cons:

Sometimes the toilet in the bathrooms can smell.

Adorámos o hotel e o espaço e seria um 10 em 10. Mas na hora do check-out tivemos a "surpresa" negativa de nos tentarem empurrar às escondidas uma taxa de 10% adicional sobre o preço cobrado por noite. Acabaram a dizer que era opcional, mas se eu não tivesse estranhado o valor que me estava a ser cobrado e não tivesse pedido o descritivo para ver o porquê, o valor teria passado sem qualquer nota de ser uma taxa de serviço opcional.
Estragou tudo no momento do check-out, uma taxa imposta às escondidas. Isto não é uma taxa de serviço opcional, isto é dizer que o preço por noite é 10% mais caro.

Toda nuestra estadía fue realmente mágica! La ubicación del hotel es excelente, al frente de una de las playas más lindas de Buzios. La configuración y diseño del hotel es muy cómoda y bonita. Y lo mejor, definitivamente el servicio! Todos fueron realmente amables y se desvivían por atenderte bien, especialmente Tiago y Joao Manuel en el restaurante y Federico en la recepción. Altamente recomendado, esperamos volver muy pronto!
