All in all, a beautiful hotel with an incredible staff
Pros:

The staff is incredibly thoughtful, I can't say enough nice things about everyone we interacted with. It really feels like a personal experience. The restaurant has really, really good food, especially the breakfast (the hype is real!) and the snacks you can have by the pool. Location is great, it sits on a cliff with amazing views to ferradura beach and you can access the beach from the hotel, which is super convenient.

Cons:

This is minor, but the only thing that takes away from the luxury experience is that the rooms need some updating. The bathtub on my room had lots of loose tiles, and there were spots of humidity on both the walls and the floor. The cabinets and wardrobe are a little worse for wear, too.

Infelizmente, o ponto alto da estadia acabou por ser apenas a vista.

Cons:

Tivemos uma experiência bastante dececionante neste hotel.

À primeira vista, o quarto parecia bonito e bem apresentado. No entanto, após algum tempo percebemos vários problemas de limpeza e manutenção.

O quarto apresentava sujidade visível e, ao utilizar o jacuzzi, a água não saía limpa, saíam partículas pretas, o que demonstra falta de higiene e manutenção do equipamento.

Num dia de chuva, a situação tornou-se ainda mais grave, começou literalmente a chover dentro do quarto, com infiltrações evidentes a partir do teto, tornando a estadia desconfortável e inaceitável.

Em termos de segurança, a equipa demonstrou consciência da situação e prontamente nos mudou de quarto, o que agradecemos. Ainda assim, num boutique hotel de 5 estrelas, é inadmissível que situações desta natureza ocorram.

Outro ponto que nos surpreendeu foi o facto de, num hotel deste nível, não ser disponibilizada água ou café no quarto, ainda mais após todos os acontecimentos relatados.

Esperávamos um nível de qualidade, manutenção e atenção ao cliente muito superior. Infelizmente, a experiência ficou muito aquém do esperado.

A gentileza dos funcionários desde a recepçao até o café da manhã, principalmente o Thiago e o Evison. O quarto é otimo, espaçoso, a localizaçao excelente, na beira da praia, o café da manhã tb é excelente

Cons:

Única coisa que atrapalhou um pouco foi a musica alta do beach club a noite. Termina 22h, mas como estavamos com um bebê q dormia cedo, foi bem desconfortavel
