Food was good at least and staff attended to all our needs.
The electricity went out at around 12 and didn't come back on until later in the night at around 4AM. It was really cold and we couldn't charge our phones. Also if you are travelling in the winter time note that this hotel is not on the water since the water dries up.
Beautiful location with stunning lake views, clean and comfortable rooms, and very cooperative staff. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing
Everything was great—just a suggestion to introduce a signature fragrance in the rooms and lobby like Serena or Ramada hotels.
A very nice hotel at the Attabad Lake. Really liked the room, it has basically two rooms. Lots of daylight. Everything was very clean, including bedsheets. Bathroom is great, very nice shower, hot water. We could order all the food to the room, which was highly appreciated. It was a very comfortable stay!
I would recommend to improve the breakfast: invest in a drip coffee machine instead of serving powder coffee, serve fresh juice as offered on the menu.
We were a bit confused by the payment as at first the staff told us we can pay everything at the end of our stay and then they came chasing us to our room saying we have to pay right away. The communication was sometimes difficult due to poor english.

It was totally perfect room view staff.
Internet was too slow and restuarant food was not to my taste bud.
The location is good, but a little crowded. Could be better.
The bathroom was not at the level of the expectation
Value of money for the location and the facilities provided by the resort. Everything which i ordered was delicious and the staff was very proqctive and friendly.
The bed sheets were not clean. However, when complained it were replaced.
Met by Fayyaz at reception who was very pleasant and welcoming. I like the concept of the room designs (effectively cabins). Breakfast served in the room very quickly after ordering.
Outside space could be cleaned and used by guest to sit outside with a view of the river and mountains. Was expecting room to be tidied up whilst I was out but did not happen. Not European standard but still decent place to stay.
The accommodation is located in a new complex with a guarded parking lot. The room has a beautiful view of the lake and mountains.
The room was perfectly clean and cozy, exactly as in the photos. Every day we had hot water for showering and strong wifi connected in the whole room. The staff is very professional, caring and friendly.
