As fotos do site não condiz com a realidade. Tudo muito diferente.
Pros:

Os funcionários são muito educados, e prestativos.

Cons:

Falta de limpeza, hotel precisa de reforma urgente, tudo velho, carpet cheirando mofo, a área da piscina toda suja.

Other than the property itself, the staff was super nice, but the property needs maintenance

Cons:

Alles defekt, Teppich im Zimmer riecht nach Urin, Schimmel an der Decke, Möbel aus MDF in tropischen klima sollte jedem klar sein dass das nicht lange gut geht. Die Treppen außen alle gesperrt weil die WPC Latten durchbrechen. Teppich in Tropen ist ein No Go. Badezimmer alle Fugen verschimmelt. Gym Geräte 50% defekt und dreckig. Pool Fliesen fehlen zum Teil. Es sollte mal alles general renoviert werden, mit feuchtigkeitsresistenten Materialien.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación. Estas en el punto medio de las Cataratas y del dentro. Así que tenes todo a una corta distancia. La atención del personal excelente. El desayuno es bueno, pero tampoco deslumbra.

Cons:

No me gustó quizás el estado de algunas instalaciones de las áreas comunes. El área cerca de la pileta que consiste de un piso de tablas, muchas estaban rotas y la pileta en si le hace falta mantenimiento y limpieza. Por otro lado las cortinas de los pasillos están viejas y percudidas.

Pros:

Es un hotel con situado en una zona tranquila, sus zonas verdes muy bonitas.

Cons:

No hay servicio de restaurante para almuerzo o cena, solo hay comidas rápidas en el bar y pues considero que siendo un hotel a las afueras de la ciudad si debería prestar este servició.
El jacuzzi está en desuso y la piscina ya merece una remodelación.
