Intercom was not working. Room service very poor. Restaurant bad.

Pros:

I can only score this property as fair because we did not get to stay here. The property accepted our Booking.com booking and processed the payment, however, when we arrived they refused to permit us to stay because we are FOREIGNERS. This wasted so much of our time and energy on a stinking hot day and was extremely frustrating.
We understand the reason behind why they can't accept foreigners (Barmer is a sensitive border area and the police forbid them from accepting foreigners) but there is NO mention of this in their Booking.com listing! This hotel should know that Booking.com is an international booking platform, not just for Indian nationals, and make it CLEAR in their listing that they can't accept foreigners.
All in all, a complete waste of time and effort.
Luckily we were helped by some locals who recommended a hotel that could accept foreigners.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE NOT AN INDIAN NATIONAL.
