Staff attitude is bad
Llegamos tarde y pasamos solamente un noche pero la habitación era muy grande y cómoda.
We arrived back at the hostel at 1 AM and all doors were locked. We tried calling and knocking on the door for over an hour and the worker was asleep.
I also put my clothes on to be washed and was told it would be done by the evening. When I checked, my clothes had not been moved at all.

The only thing which I could recommend is the local beer-pub only 10 m far away..
Very noisy as it is directly located at one of the main roads through Ha Giang.
Difficult to speak with the staff. Only possible via Google translator or other Apps.
It is too far away from the local bus-station. So you need to hire a taxi to do there

The room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. We were able to rent a semi-automatic scooter, and there is also a laundry service.
We booked a room with a city view and got a very dark room with a "window" to the hallway. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The worst thing was that two days in a row, someone just came into our room very early in the morning (with a key!!).
This is the best place we have stayed in vietnam hands down. The room is warm in the winter. The shower is hot. The room is spotless and the lights and decorations are very relaxing. We are having the best time here. Hotel staff are funny and nice. We just love it. We asked for an extra blanket and 2 extra pillows and we are having the most cosy nights sleep here. So nice.
