Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.

Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancelation and guarantee policy. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. It could have been better. You need to consider the requirements of senior citizens.

The staff was courteous.

Cons:

The shower area flooring was slippery, not good for senior citizens. There were no grips or bars on the shower walls for them to hold. They were not happy with the food at the restaurant, so they chose to dine elsewhere. On the whole they felt it was not value for money they spent.

Average stay with some confusion and inconvenience.
Pros:

The food was good overall. Location was convenient, close to major attractions.

Cons:

The room was cramped. It was not the same as mentioned during booking. You keep two suitcases on the floor, there is no walking space. There was no cubicle or shower curtain in the bathroom. After taking bath, whole bathroom and toilet washbasin area was flooded with water. The most important issue is checkout timing. In the hotel website it mentioned as 12 noon to 12'o clock midnight. Same thing was mentioned in my booking voucher. I booked this hotel considering this aspect. But on this issue, there was lot of confusion among the staff of this hotel. We were told to vacate the hotel by 12 noon. We were not prepared for this and had to vacate in a hurry after requesting a grace time of half an hour. There should be clear cut check out time so that guests are not put to any inconvenience. 12-12 check out time is misleading and confusing.
