The location was perfect for what we needed and we felt very much at home
Pros:

We loved the place and the care received from the lady handling our booking. She answered whatsapps quickly and obtaining the key from the lockbox was easy. Great when we locked the key inside.

I loved the checking in and all the communication between me and the hoist. It was amazing
Pros:

The place is very clean n good.

Cons:

Wt i didn't like was the waiver fee that bookings.com doesn't advise about it. Because I feel like if they advise about it, it could be better n fair to everyone.

Check in process was a bit confusing but the host was readily available to talk me thru it
Pros:

Location very good .10 minute drive to Waterfront. Uber readily available. Has a few restaurants on the main road which was good and the area is fairly safe.
Host was also very attentive to our needs ,we felt cold and there was not extra blankets ,Host went our of the way to provide us with a heater which we all appreciated. The apartment was very clean and the bed and bedding were supper comfortable

Cons:

I didn't like the fact there is no lift and you have to carry your luggage up a three set of stairs ,also that your room is only cleaned if you are staying for more that seven days ,we stayed for 5night so we didn't qualify .
I also didn't like paying the waiver fee which is non refundable ,That information was not availed on Booking.com

Superb
Pros:

The location and the little shops close by made it a real happy place to be. Also close to the very popular promenade for my morning run!

Cons:

That there was no safe parking.
