Rooms becoming very dated now, which changes the 'feel'.
Pool was not available due to renovations - which I didn't notice any communication about at time of booking, also no acknowledgement of this at time of check-in, that was disappointing.
great place the loveliest receptionist she couldn’t have done a better job. lovely location, and the parking inside the facility was great that doesn’t happen much in adelaide. the desensitized smoking area near the room was super convenient and also being able to buy refreshments up at the reception was great too
this was a underwhelming experience, i texted back and forth with the facility multiple times and not once did they state the pool was out of action. not a huge deal as i don’t have an olympic event coming up but i feel like that’s something that probably should have been brought up before arrival. when entering the room it was not the “deluxe” room shown on the sight tho it was pretty good for 150 definitely get what you pay for tho the bathroom floor was completely soaked upon arrival as if someone had just had a shower and it was all over the general floor when i jumped into bed it felt as if stuff was crawling around on my legs tho that was only me and not my partner. (also your lamp on the left side needs a new bulb it didn’t work, not a problem but just to let you know!)

The entire place is a construction site. Workers noise, swimming pool in total disrepair and renovation. Air smelt of building dust, brought on my asthma that I have not had for years.
