Clean and comfortable rooms, services stated on booking.com not correct

Booked a family room, which was a great size with 2 bathrooms.

Cons:

Several things advertised were not correct. I was told the reception closed at 9pm. I arrived at 8:50 and the reception was already closed. I called the after-hours number, and the receptionist returned quite promptly, however it added stress to a long day of travelling. Also, I specifically booked this hotel as it said the restaurant served breakfast. Unfortunately it did not. We had an early start for a sporting event my son was competing in. This incorrect advertising created unnecessary stress and effort, as I had to find him breakfast early on a public holiday when most cafes, etc., were closed.

Comfortable, clean and safe.
Pros:

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I Travel for work and personal and always book this hotel when I need to be in this area. Great value for money. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. I feel safe staying here as a single woman.

Cons:

Located on the corner of 2 busy roads, lots of traffic noise (I live on a rural property, so I always struggle with noise)

Was very comfortable, close to shops and easy to access. Receptionist was really nice and helpful

Disgusting hotel
Cons:

A staff member rudley came into the room and asked if i knew what time it was, and why werent we checked out, she then said she got confused and walked away without a proper apology.
The room was incredibly disgusting with my son getting out the shower and walking on the carpet the soles of his feet were black, i then checked the floor and it was disgusting, the cleaners come into the room at 8pm to give clean towels etc, there was dust everywhere even on the phone next to the bed, how hard is it to dust the phone ? There was hair all through the bed, it was truly a horrible experience

Was really happy we book a family room it had bedrooms upstairs and kitchen etc downstairs. Had a full kitchen. The beds were very comfortable

Cons:

It could have been a little cleaner in the kitchen we did have to wash a few things before we could use it. It had a stove but nothing to cook with. There is a Target across the road we got a small frypan which we needed anyways so that was good. Not enough plates and bowls but we made do. But i would let these few things stop you from staying. We had a really good time and a good rest definitely will stay again
