Das Hotel liegt gut für den Start Richtung Wüste, 5 min vor Mhamid.
Das Frühstück war gut und dank Buffet auch sehr viel.
Wir hatten das einzige Mal während unseres 2-wöchigen Marokko Urlaubs das Gefühl, nicht willkommen zu sein. Die Mitarbeiter waren bis auf einen netten jungen Mann durchweg nicht freundlich, auch nicht zu unseren beiden Kindern.
Unser Bungalow war dem Preis entsprechend in Ordnung, auch wenn dahinter außerhalb des Sichtfelds Schrott gelagert wurde.
Unserem Wunsch auf Verlängerung des Aufenthalts um 3h NUR am Pool (ausgecheckt hatten wir 1h früher als gebucht) wurde gegen eine Gebühr von 30 € (!!!!) entsprochen. Bei meinem Hinweis darauf, dass das ein überteuerter Zuschlag sei, wurde der Hotelchef ungehalten und hatte uns alternativ angeboten, das Hotel sofort zu verlassen. Er müsse mit den 30 € schließlich das Reinigungspersonal bezahlen, das aufgrund unserer Verlängerung nun unverrichteter Dinge wieder weggeschickt werden musste.
Die größte Frechheit dabei ist: eine Reinigung hat dieser Pool schon lange nicht mehr bekommen. Er war richtig dreckig.
Bis zu unserer Abreise um 14 Uhr wurde unser freies Bungalow übrigens auch nicht gereinigt...
Fazit: wir wurden von unfreundlichem Personal bei dreckigem Pool über den Tisch gezogen. Daher können wir dieses Hotel NICHT empfehlen.

Bab Rimal est un hôtel de luxe qui se prête au repos et à la méditation, la piscine est très agréable et grande : de quoi savourer un séjour complet, quant à la cuisine typique marocaine un régal je vais rêver longtemps du tajine de poulet au citron
Le personnel est aux petits soins ainsi que le gérant toujours disponible et à l écoute
Un séjour de rêve je reviendrais dès que possible

Sehr engagierter, freundlicher Manager. Wir haben über das Hotel eine Übernachtung in der Erg Chegaga gebucht. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt (Transfer, Gepäckaufbewahrung etc.). Das Hotel hat einen großen schönen Pool.

We came late , after some issues with the car, staff was waiting for us, give us better room, and offer hot dinner to us , Thank you so much for everything, very recommended to everyone who still hesitate to stay or not : one answer - Yes, it's worth every penny...
They have big swimming pool, we didn't tried it , due lack of time, next morning was sandstorm 🙈
