Very Horrible
Pros:

Breakfast was very normal and very below standard. Room cleaniness is very poor. Lack of professional attitude. Below Standard.

Cons:

Towels were very dirty. No Soap, shampoo or other necessary basic things which should be made available in bathroom were missing i.e. not provided. Bathroom was very dirty. Toilet sheet was leaking and when reported the complaint there were no response. Hot water cattle were not available. No tea bags, no milk pouch no sugar pouch. even Tea could not served till 8:30 am. Dirty Bed sheets, dirty pilow and there were mosquitos and bees were in the room. overall very horrible expirience,

Nightmare and utter waste of money. Don't fool people with your pictures in your website. Despicable

Cons:

1. No complementary water bottles were given rather they filled tap water in used bottle and gave us.

2. Room was filthy particularly bathrooms with leaky, wet, fungus laden

3. All the sheets provided were full of stains

4. No complementary breakfast provided

5. TV was broken and we wanted to watch a game and they said it's not possible.

I have booked one standard room and one deluxe room as other standard room was not available. But the deluxe room is as same as standard room. Thsy charged me extra and even through whatsapp I complaint for the same bu no response received
