I was not same things as tolled abut condition at all
Nothing, we asked to move room the night we arrived & we found another hotel the next day & checked out, I’ve asked for a partial refund but I’m still waiting for them to reply to the messages I’ve sent them

we booked rooms a month ago but some days before it, hotel canceled it because technical problems. and we have to book a rooms with double price!
We love this hotel it was our second stay here and we have always had more fun than any other holiday resort. The staff are all fantastic, plenty to do, 24 hour supermarket round the corner and a great place to book trips next to it. All really cheep. Food is excellent, cheap and served all day. The staff cannot do enough for you. Thank you Lisa, Johny, jimmy, tigger and everyone else! So many to mention!
I personally didn’t particularly not like any thing because the price I paid everything I got. But some people may say some rooms need updating but I actually chose one of the older rooms because I prefered it’s location. The pool party was such a smash hit I wish they had this every week rather than every two weeks.
I liked the way there was usually sun beds available throughout the day and our apartment was lovely. The bar staff were really nice and despite clearly being understaffed they did an excellent job! Loved the spa also.
The cleaning could be offered a little later and the pool party wasn’t worth the price for the entire family.
the staff are excellent they work so well in extremely restricted working conditions regarding the age of the building and run down areas that need renovation- special mention to Dawn , Fatma , Alex , Ronnie and Jon
the pool area is needing a good power wash it’s so dirty around the pool edges etc , the rooms are old and run down needs a refurbished I have added a picture of the area that should be white that are black with dirt at pool edges
