Comfortable to the point of luxurious - perfect location with a nice balcony overlooking the Mekong
Pros:

It is a charming boutique in the true sense. Excellent facilities from quality bed linens- plenty of hot water delivered at good pressure. The facilities are spotless as well as elegant

It was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the tap in the bathroom basin, it squirted so hard it would splash water everywhere.
For 2 people, just 2 sachets of coffee per day was minimal, 4 would've been nice.

Great location, comfortable rooms and bed

Rooms were spotless
Bed was extremely comfortable
We were able to leave our bags whilst doing the Thakhek loop with no issues
I was ill the morning we were due to check out and staff allowed us to extend our stay with no problems and stay in the same room
