Highly recommended and will defo stay again, if undergoing ivf treatment at miracle this is definitely the place to stay

The staff throughout the whole hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly
The room was spectacular, comfortable, quiet.
The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant in the evening the food was amazing
Lovely pool and indoor pool
I’m undergoing ivf treatment and have stayed in other hotels but if needed to come back this is where I’ll stay

The service by Handan and Eyup in particular was amazing.
They constantly check in to see if your stay is going well.
Breakfast buffet staff and valet staff are great also.

There is simply no other hotel in Northern Nicosia that has met the standard that Concord Tower provides. The rooms are clean, modern and bigger than most hotels in the area. All the staff are polite, professional, and helpfully. Handan, the customer relations manager, made sure to ensure that we were happy and all our wishes were met. The breakfast buffet is clean, providing a variety of turkish style breakfast options. When my mother had a dental emergency and was unable to eat soild foods, the kitchen staff made sure to make her porridge the way she liked even though it was not one of the offered options. Even the casino staff were very helpful with parking as my mum is disabled and needs accessible parking.

Es war einfach toll, von der ersten Minute bis zur Abreise! Engin ist als Mitarbeiter des Hotels eine Bereicherung für dieses Haus! Super professionell, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel !

Good experience, I was upgraded the room for free upon arrival, many thanks! Restaurants in the hotel are very good!

Cons:

I asked for a proper hairdryer as I have very long hair and the hairdryer in the bathroom was not very good. The hotel didn't have it.
