Pros:

I always choose to stay at this hotel. Its location is very central. When I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff welcomed me very warmly. I really loved my room; it was spacious, bright, and very clean. The view from my room was beautiful, and enjoying the jacuzzi in the room was such a fun and relaxing experience.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It is spotless, with elegant and stylish décor. The outdoor pool and the spa massage services are also wonderful, and you should definitely try them.

I would also like to thank the staff for all their hard work. They are both friendly and professional. Especially Ms. Ihya from Guest Relations, who is a true lady and always does her best to make sure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. I would really like to thank her for everything.

Merhaba öncelikle çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever insanlar, kahvaltı çok güzel ve zengin, şef ve çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Otelin konumu merkezi. Ayrıca halkla ilişkiler müdürü İhyanur hanıma özel teşekkür ederim, bir eşyamı otelde unutmuşum, kendisi sağolsun aradı, taradı buldu. Kıbrıs’a tekrar bir daha gittiğimde mutlaka bu oteli tercih edeceğim. Ben Casino’yu kullanıyorum ancak otelin diğer imkanları güzel.

Fantastic!
Pros:

Everything was wonderful! The staff were highly trained, polite and professional. The lady in Public Relations was especially helpful and always willing to assist us with a smile.

I really appreciated that the staff spoke English, which made communication very easy. We were also given a complimentary room upgrade, for which we are very grateful.

The breakfast was fantastic, and overall, we had an amazing stay! This was my fourth visit to your hotel, and I will definitely continue returning regularly.

I must also mention the wonderful ladies at the spa—they give absolutely fantastic massages!
