We just stayed a couple of hours before flying, position is quite close to airport
The "insistence" to pay immediately in few "seconds" after arrived (the man that was at lobby in that moment, not the young employee at desk). Same for the taxi (around double the cost of Grab in that timing). Anyway we decided to get from them for "smooth organization". I hope they take advantage from this note by ourside, to improve skills in clients relationship.
Value for money doesn’t get much better very friendly helpful staff.

Close to the airport and the bedroom was relatively clean.
Some of the staff don't speak a word of English.
There are a few eateries next door but apart from that nothing. Even Grab wouldn't deliver...
The grouting and the window frame in the bathroom were black with mould. The shower is either too cold or scalding hot, we had to keep turning it one way or another to have a second or 2 of acceptable temperature in between.
