Pros:

Great location — just a 3-minute drive to Marco Polo Airport and about 20 minutes to Venice by bus No. 5. The staff were very friendly, explained everything clearly, and even shared helpful tips on using public transport. The blackout curtains were excellent, and the rooms were comfortably warm; we stayed from February 6–8 and never felt cold. The breakfast was very good, with a wide and varied selection.

Cons:

The rooms were not very soundproof — we could clearly hear children running and playing in the corridor, as well as some noise coming from neighboring rooms and cleaning ladies in the morning. According to the hotel information, the rooms should include a full minibar and extra blankets and pillows in the closet, but in our case both were empty. The bathroom could use a minor upgrade in the near future, as the shower head, toilet seat, and sink area showed noticeable signs of wear.

Quiet location and good shuttle bus to Venice airport.

Cons:

The heating in the room seemed to have an issue and it was extrrmely hot. Only one person on reception who seemed to be very busy could.control the hesting.
