Oda gayet iyiydi içerisinde terlik,sabun,şampuan gibi araçlar mevcuttu,çalışanlar ilgiliydi kahvaltısından memnun kaldık,konum olarak Tiran merkezini yürüyerek dolaşabildik yakınında olan otobüs durağından kuzey-güney terminaline rahat gidebildik. Biz kullanmadık ama aynı duraktan havaalanına giden otobüslerde geçiyordu. Genel olarak biz memnun kaldık istediğimize uygun bir oteldi.

La posizione è molto comoda, le camere erano pulite e il personale disponibile e gentile. Nel complesso è una struttura piacevole, con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Un’esperienza positiva, lo consiglierei per un soggiorno tranquillo e senza particolari problemi.
Location near bus stop to airport
Shower didn't have a door, sink was totally clogged, there were no space for the soap neither to hang towels. We had one short blanket. Had to charge their own bedlamps. On TV there was just static, but hey, the wifi worked. Empty minibar.

Unfortunately, our second stay was just as disappointing
We decided to give this hotel another chance and returned for another one-night stay, despite the serious parking issues we experienced during our previous visit, which I have already described in our earlier review.
After our previous experience, the hotel specifically promised us complimentary parking for this stay as a gesture of goodwill.
However, at check-in, we were required to pay for parking, despite having previously been promised that it would be free.
The following day, I spoke to another member of staff and explained the situation. She checked with the owner, and we were subsequently told that neither complimentary parking nor a refund of the parking fee would be provided.
This is extremely disappointing. It is not really about the amount of money — it is about keeping a promise made to a guest. If a hotel promises complimentary parking as compensation for problems during a previous stay, that promise should be honoured.
There is also another serious issue that we unfortunately experienced during both of our stays at this hotel: we were repeatedly bitten while staying in the room and woke up with multiple bites on our bodies. We cannot say for certain what caused them, but the fact that this happened during both visits is very concerning and makes us question the cleanliness and condition of the rooms.
We gave the hotel a second chance, but unfortunately, this experience only reinforced our previous impression. Poor communication, lack of consistency between staff, problems with parking, refusal to honour a promise, and concerns about the condition of the rooms.
After two stays and repeated issues, we would not choose this hotel again.
