And races of calm in a city of madness
Pros:

This hotel was one of the few with air purification, which makes a huge difference in a very polluted city
A lot of hotels we stayed in did not have this.
Great facilities, excellent food

절대 가지말아야 할곳 오히려 다른근처의 하얐트가 더 나음
Pros:

지원은 프로페셔날 하지못했고 방의 시설은 제대로 갖추지도 못한채로 손님을 받앗고 그로인해 여러번 전화해서 필요한것을 달라고 해야했음

Cons:

아쉬운게 아니고 아주 워스트였다. 쉬러 갔는데 쉰게 아니고 기분만 망쳐서 왔다 서울의 웨스틴 조선 생각하면 안될듯. 같은 레벨이나 근처의 하얏트가 더 나음

절대가지말아야할 그루가온 5스타 호텔
Pros:

5스타호텔이 아님 겉만 번지르르 수영장에는 안내요원도 없고 음식을 주문 하고 싶어도 수영장 근처에는 아무도 없어서 에어전시 콜로 했는데 돌아오는 답변은 그냥 0번을 누르라는 답변만 옴 현장 어디에도 하우스폰을 발견하지 못해 결국 짐에 있는 전화로 연결하여 음식주문함

Cons:

위에거 + 수영장에 직원이 토요일과 일요일이라 나오지 않았다고 함 . 정말믿기어려운 답변이었음....... 절대로 가지말아야할곳임 식당이 좋아보여서 갔는데 굳이 그돈이면 하얐트가 더 가성비 있음

満足はできる
Pros:

部屋がきれいで十分広い。朝食も十分満足できました。

Cons:

ティッシュが少し臭うので改善してほしい。またラウンジや朝食のフルーツはもう少し甘いフルーツを選んでほしい。少し酸っぱく青くさいかんじが残念でした。

Not worth the money or standard expected from a 5 star hotel
Pros:

The food was good.

Cons:

General response time of staff especially housekeeping and duty manager. The bathroom floor had muck from anti skid floor mat being removed. The bathroom utilities were of substandard quality. The in room bar and utilities were very limited .
