Great choice for a business trip to Gurgaon !
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and thoughtful. On check out I was in a rush and Pranjal ensured that I could have my breakfast at the executive lounge. The service at the lounge, restaurants and front desk is exceptional and caring. The room size is also good. I used the gym and Lalit was proactive and helpful. Will stay again.

Cons:

The stay was not at all comfortable pleasant as we desired. The room was not alloted as we had been given earlier. The prior room was more spacious comfortable.
The bakery section was extremely slow, arrogant and not listening to orders as instructed . The breakfast staff was very unhelpful and lagging . The live counter food were not ordered on time and not bought as ordered.

Our recent stay at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi was truly memorable and exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, we were surrounded by warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

A special mention goes to Ms. Vomita Verma, who made our experience exceptionally comfortable. She welcomed us with such kindness and ensured that every aspect of our stay was seamless. Her attention to detail, prompt assistance, and caring attitude made us feel valued and at home throughout our visit.

What impressed us most was that her support didn’t end at check-in. She continued to assist us during our stay and was equally attentive until the time of our checkout. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction, and her efforts truly made a difference to our overall experience.
