Horrible.no pegue mucho dinero para undesayuno que solo ofrecian hot cakes y cafe . Ni siquiera un desayuno continental. Si no hubiera pagado desayuno para seis personas hubieramos desayunado mejor durante seis dias en la ciudad.Esto es un fraude que no quiero que le pase a alguien mas.

El hotel no tiene buen acceso para incapacitados. Fue muy dificil moverse para entrar y salir de el hotelero

El personal de la recepción muy atento, el servicio del wifi funciona bien, en mi caso solicité una plancha pero no funcionaba, el baño tenía cucarachitas y en mi cama debajo de las sábanas encontré cabellos, la cama suave, el clima funciona pero el tema de la higiene es su área a mejorar.

el tema de la higiene en los baños ya que hubo de las cucarachitas pequeñitas y en las sábanas había cabellos.

Ótima localização e atendimento (Só tivemos água quente em um dia de hospedagem, graças ao atendente do turno noturno que resolveu o problema).

El desayuno estuvo bien

Cons:

Posterior al check out, al buscar nuestras maletas, pedimos usar un baño. Mi pareja tenía una quemadura infectada en la pierna y era necesario que la limpie por orden médica, nos íbamos esa noche en un bus a otro destino y no íbamos a tener otro baño disponible. El recepcionista no fue capaz de prestar un baño para que se haga la limpieza, ni siquiera al mostrarle la herida infectada. Entiendo que fuera posterior al horario de check out, pero hay cosas que se tratan de humanidad básica.
