More amenities than expected. The room exceeded our expectations

Cons:

The breakfast could have been a little better. We had breakfast around 0830 and staff was not following up on what needed to be refilled. We had 1/2 a waffle instead of a complete one.

Spacious rooms, with solid amenities, and very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Location is close to I-5. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the room was spacious for 4 of us, and the AC unit and fan was very simple to control.

Cons:

The pool did not have towels stocked at any point, and the pool temperature was rather cold our first day.

Very nice people who worked there. Everything else sucked.

Well the washer broke with our clothes in them so we had to stay up 2 hours late to deal with that, the pool was absolutely disgusting and 2 of my kids faces got rashes, when you got out of the hot tub you smell like vomit and there were bumbles in it like someone had poured a bottle of soap in it.
And there was a dirty wash cloth in the shower when we showed up.
The sink also started leaking so we had to turn the water off

Book if all you need is a place to sleep, otherwise look elsewhere.
Pros:

Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Booked the hotel with a 2 year old to have a pool and laundry room. Pool and hot tub are both freezing so we can’t swim and laundry room was gross and none of the washers worked. Really disappointing to be left with dirty, sopping wet clothes to bring home. Would’ve booked a cheaper place to not have both of those things.

Very enjoyable stay at a beautiful, clean and modern hotel north of Olympia.
Pros:

Big room with a mini kitchen…Large refrigerator, sink and plates available. No oven or stove, but the perfect compliment to my crock pot. Entire hotel was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful in every way! Good breakfast each morning. Very welcoming of our small dog. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

The overall facility was decent. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and tried to accommodate as much as they could.

Cons:

The pillows seemed very old and worn and too soft. I did ask the front desk for firmer pillows and they did great at trying to find some, but they didn't have much.
