Comme souvent au Vietnam les matelas un peu durs
The room with the balcony was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and having a kettle and a few thoughtful extras made my stay more pleasant. The bathroom was clean and generously sized. Staff were very friendly, and the location was peaceful. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience.
I would suggest repainting the room and removing the paper wrap around the fire sprinkler. Taking out the ashtray might also help discourage guests from smoking inside.
Decent communication in English with some staff members and they are helpful, especially via Zalo.

Some problems with credit card deposit option with local banks but it was solved. Property, please remove this requrement, would he hard for those without local cards.
The room was exactly as described. Clean, spacious and bright with a nice little balcony. The bed was firm, but comfortable.
The area is not a tourist area (and we really enjoyed that). We were staying at Yen Nam Hotel as we were attending a two days convention located approximately 1km away and would walk to the convention. It's easy enough to get a Grab to places of interest. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, and is also located in a quiet area.
As English speakers we used Google translate a lot as the staff did not speak English. The staff are attentive and accommodating.
The great thing for us, as vegetarians/vegans, is there is an outstanding little vegetarian eatery 80m from the hotel with delicious cheap food and a super kind family running it. It's called COM CHAY VIET 1. Even if you're not vegetarian I still recommend it.

I like the property but Bui Vien Walking Street a bit from stay. I book wrongly. But the place is nice.

There are condoms that are not friendly to children
Location is convenient for the airport. The room was okay.
The room was very light all night due to a large window out to the landing/corridor not having a curtain. Other residents drag chairs and slam doors which disturbs. Not good if you have an early flight. Fix some rubber pads on the chair legs and padding around the doors to prevent slamming would be a great improvement. Asked for a wake up call but didn't receive one.
Great room- storage and fridge. Good value for money!
Rooms are not very sound proof, so you can hear the elevator ding, people talking in the hallway and other doors closing. Shower flooded as the water didn’t flow.
