It was fine for a budget stay as I was there to attend a concert at the Warfield.
Pros:

The price was fine, location was ok. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The walls were thin, so you can hear everything people in the next room say. there were 3 guys in the next room drinking. No room change was available.

Pros:

Excelente hospedaje. El personal muy atento, amable y ayudándote en todo momento con cualquier cosa que necesites. Te permiten dejar las maletas el tiempo que quieras después del check out. La habitación cómoda, amplia bonita decorada y con vistas. A 20 min andando está Union Square, tiendas de lujo y Chinatown. Paradas de metro y bus próximas. Lo único, que en las calles próximas, hay gente sin hogar deambulando por las esquinas, aunque en esta calle precisamente no.

Great value for the money you pay - if you aren't too fuss about some rough streets
Pros:

The hotel is tidy and comfort and the location is close to some major tourist sites.

Cons:

The location is close to city but there are some rough areas around not overly scary in my opinons but you would definity feel a bit funny walking through some streets

The blanket sheets were open on both sides, so they kept coming off, which made it really uncomfortable while sleeping. Other than that, it was a perfect hotel!
