Pros:

No Breakfast offered, No coffee in room or in lobby. - "sorry machine broken". Room cleaned every OTHER day. And costs the same as other hotels within one block radius : e.g Julian or Nob Hill.

Cons:

Service: i left after one night and booked a room at Nob Hill hotel around the corner. I asked for refund and clerk promised to speak with manager and call in hour. He never did. I emailed twice after i received receipt for 3 days, no discount, but no response

Pros:

I liked the central location and the ease of public transport options within an easy walk of the hotel.

Cons:

This was the second time in a row I have been booked into a room for people with mobility impairment. I'm not sure why this is happening?

Very comfortable, clean and super friendly staff!
Pros:

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very clean, the bed is super comfortable. We felt amazing!

Cons:

The neighbourhood is a little unpleasant but not dangerous, and with a 5 min walk you walk out of it.

Просторный номер, чисто, приятный персонал, готовый помочь

Cons:

В номерах нет воды и кофемашины, а кофемашина в лобби была сломана все дни что мы были, шумновато, слышно соседей и шум на улице, но в остальном все было отлично!
