They have to improve
Pros:

Location was good. In the center of lekki.

Cons:

They claimed not to have received the booking.com reservation. So I paid their room rate. The heater was not working so there was no Hot water. In the morning the water was not rushing, so I had to wait before I could shower. The breakfast for my wife took close to 1 hour before it arrived

Pros:

Location was important for what I came for.
The food was absolutely fantastic.
The furniture and fittings were comfy and well maintained.

Cons:

The bathroom drain may have been clogged because it was draining so slowly after taking a shower.

I enjoyed my stay at this new hotel, and will visit again.
Pros:

I like the secured area, you can easily take walk to all the fun activities at Lekki phase 1.

Cons:

The pool is not too deep and it is for hotel guest only

Great hospitality overall
Pros:

My stay at this hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with up-to-date amenities. This location is the best, in the heart of the city of Lekki, Lagos and close to everywhere you may need to go. Customer service was phenomenal throughout my stay. This is my second stay at a Residency hotel and definitely coming back.

Cons:

I wasn’t informed of the discounted breakfast. I was expecting a complementary breakfast before arrival.
