Laundry Ruined My Clothes

I had a very disappointing stay.

First, the hotel misled me about the laundry. I was promised my clothes would be returned the same evening, but they were delayed until the next morning. When I received them, they smelled absolutely terrible, as if they had been left overnight on dirty, smelly bed linen. My shorts and T-shirts are now ruined because of the odor.

The room also had ants, the refrigerator didn't work, and there was constant noise from neighbors banging throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, the room door let light from the hallway shine into the room all night because of the frosted glass panels, which made sleeping even more difficult.

To make matters worse, I was not offered any real compensation. The only thing the hotel offered was a discount on a future stay, but I will definitely never stay here again.

I cannot recommend this hotel.

가격이 저렴함.

Cons:

나프탈렌 냄새가 진동을 해서 화장실을 쓸 수가 없었습니다. 이불과 수건도 무언가 많이 묻어있도 얼룩이 많았습니다.
다른건 다 저렴한 숙소이니 이해가 되는데 나프탈렌은 제발 치워주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

Rất gần điểm để xem pháo hoa, phù hợp cho dịp DIFF này.

Máy sấy tóc tốt, dùng loại có thương hiệu.

Không gian khá yên tĩnh.

Cons:

- Sự thiếu chủ động và cứng nhắc của nhân viên.

- Giá chưa tương xứng cho trải nghiệm.

- Một số đồ dùng trong phòng đã xuống cấp, một số vết thấm nước đã xuất hiện.

- Remote tivi không hoạt động được vì lý do bị nhiễu sóng.

- Ổ cắm điện lỏng lẽo.

- 1 phòng không có cửa sổ nên hơi bí bách.

- Không có thang máy + trần cầu thang thấp, dễ gây va chạm và khó khăn khi vận chuyển hành lý.

- Khu vực để xe máy nhỏ

Nhân viên dễ thương. Tự check in tự check out nên cũng tiện.

Cons:

Phòng ổn nhưng giá hơi cao so với diện tích nhỏ và ko có thang máy. Tuy nhiên dịch vụ cho thuê xe máy thì tệ, toàn xe cùi mà giá thì mắc
