Well spec'd, clean and welcoming house.
Pros:

Great location in Ulverston but still quiet and private. Close to amenities.
Beautiful welcoming house, excellent finish and clean.
Sufficient and good quality towels.
Kitchen was spacious with washing machine/dryer and dishwasher.
Lounge area comfortable.
Private garden with clean hot tub, good selection of garden furniture.

Cons:

Wine bottle opener wasn't available though we managed to obtain one from local shop.
Needed to pay for Parking but it is the nature of the location and cost was reasonable. I saw a parking attendant at 0830 on Sunday so beware!!

Quality Safe and Super Comfortable
Pros:

Location perfect,go left 300yrd your in the centre with all shops restaurants and pubs, and go straight on 300yrd and you’ll be on a lovely peaceful walk with hills trees and water, either with family or your dog it’s (perfect) fixtures/fittings all high standard, settee’s, dining chairs, beds/pillows and duvet’s all very comfortable.

Cons:

Not much to be fair, little window facing settee needs a blind(minor) I did think if We were staying longer we’d have definitely wanted a set of drawers in each bedroom to store, underwear, shorts and T-shirts etc

Lovely , cosey stay , loved the hot tub too !! Would defo come back
Pros:

Spotless , beautiful property , games and chocolates for that added touch plus teas & coffees !! lovely little village too with nice bars pubs shops and restaurants within 5 min walk . Be even better in the summer as it had huge outdoor area with bbq !!

Cons:

Everything was excellent couldn’t fault it really except WiFi had poor signal.

Very pleasant stay good central position, good variety of available shops
Pros:

Location was very good close to local shops, and only 12 minutes walk to ulverston railway station, property was in excellent condition, and great hosting from Diane

Cons:

My only criticism is that the property entrance behind a locked gate should be numbered has on arrival it’s very confusing not finding a number 50 The Gill, maybe consider bath / shower mat has bath is extremely slippery
