Super nice and helpful staff. Shoutout to Eria in the Spa. Spa treatments are amazing. While place smelt amazing and fresh. Rooms super clean and spacious. Water nice and hot with good shower pressure. Mini kitchen.

Modern design, clean, new and comfortable. Very spacious and value for money. There’s a spa right downstairs, super convenient and close to many food options. The room has utensils and cooking wares to cook your own meals. They practice sustainability. Our room has a nice and clean balcony.

The hotel was family friendly 😊 Location was convenient at the central of old town and just few steps to the train street. Spa is located right inside the hotel looked so stylish and fresh with various options, and the staff were all friendly especially Stephanie and Hannah who were very kind and helpful when we asked for Halong bay and Sapa tour. We had some troubles with Halong tour organized by the other agent. They helped us book another one at even better rate (it was an surprise as I always thought that booking tour with the hotelier is always expensive). It was an amazing trip! Thanks Brilliant Nature Suites! Keep moving forward, team!
Notice: the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast but it was not matter for us because of so many local food stalls nearby. Strongly recommend bun char!
Tips: should choose daytime bus/limousine insteads of night train to go to Sapa. It saves time for you.
