Unpleasant experience

We had to check out after only one night due to a critical lack of handicap accessibility for a member of our party who uses a wheelchair. Unfortunately, the absence of an elevator and other necessary accommodations made it impossible for us to continue our stay as planned. We were therefore forced to find alternative lodging that could meet our family's needs.
I was surprised and disappointed that my request for a refund for two nights that we did not use was denied without explanation. We were unable to use the services we paid for due to conditions that were not clearly advertised or communicated.
The personal is very rude and hung up the phone every time I asked to speak with the manager. Definitely, I do not recommend this place and I suggest to Hotel.com remove it from its listed

A nice place to stay. Looks a bit discouraging in the outside and bland in the hallways but a great room and restaurant. Clean. Bilingual. Easy spot off L’Autoroute. 2nd stay. Not afraid to stay again.

Pros:

Bon hotel, le prix était bien à comparer à Trois-Rivières. Belle chambre, propre, 2 lits confortables.
Le restaurant est bien mais pas assez de fruits pour l'assiette de fruits qu'on avait commandée. Plein de service autour, dépanneur, restaurants. Très bien situé au bord de l'autoroute.
