I had a medial emergency in the middle of the night and the night shift member of staff was extremely helpful and supportive, calling an ambulance for me when I couldn't talk!
Above and beyond service from this place
Beautiful building for breakfast. (Mount). Quiet room. Not too hot.
Breakfast building (Mount) seriously run down. Looks sad with blocked up windows.
Hotel annex access from the Moun thas moss- covered slipery paths. Bathroom in our room had black mould around tap and in tile grouting. Tap had missing switch to operate shower. Bathroom needs an overhaul.
The location and the plentiful parking
Room smelled dirty. Bathroom was old and worn. There were sticky marks on headboard, and stains on wall.
There was little noise insulation so I heard noises all night and early morning which stopped me sleeping.
Paid for 2 nights, abandoned after one and went to Holiday Inn Express.
Breakfast was great. Also had a great dinner the evening before.
Rather difficult getting in and out of the room with luggage there were several seats of stairs and fire stip doors to navigate.

The car park is big, rooms are ok and water pressure is good. Food at the pub was great as well.
Nothing to really say here, whilst the hotel room i stayed in could do with a little decoration it was ok.
Super comfy bed, clean room, parking facility.
Our room was not cleaned after our first night's stay. That wasn't a problen but we did not have any tea coffee sugar or milk for a drink on Sunday evening or Monday morning.
I went to reception and rang the bell several times but no one came. There was a phone number to call but I did not have my phone with me.
Excellent location from a friend we we're visiting, we we're literally 5mins away from her house. Friendly staff, room was decent enough and plenty of space.
Staff were very pleasant. Close to M6. Great breakfast.
Very tired looking. Although superficially clean, areas such as grout in between bathroom tiles, bathroom fittings and fixtures could do with a good scrub, fair bit of hair that wasn’t mine in the bath too. A few pictures hung in the bedroom to brighten it up a bit wouldn’t go amiss.
Also waited around 15 minutes to check in as there was no one at reception, not the end of the world but not great after a long journey.

Quiet and pleasant despite its proximity to the M6. Very good value for money, and breakfast being available at a reasonable time (0700) on Sunday was very welcome.
Some shared spaces were a little 'tired' and require tidying up - some frayed carpet on the stairs, for example.
