Pros:

Nothing. Because I was contacted at 3PM on the day of my check in to be notified my reservation was cancelled. In the end, this was a blessing because this place also had very bad reviews on other platforms such as google maps.
I had not noticed but there are several pictures there of the bad shape in which the property is.
I understand things can go wrong or get damaged, but an arriving guest should be advised on longer notice as soon as the issue arises.
Fortunately we found another place in santa teresa which hosted us.

Cons:

My cancellation was done at the exact time of my arrival. I can also add that this site shows up when you look up places to stay in Santa Teresa, but it is not in santa teresa, it is in Malpais which is not as nice and it is not very convenient to access by car unless you have a 4x4. There is no shops/restaurants/convenience stores nearby. And of course the beach is very far away.

Un lugar de Revista
Pros:

El lugar es de lujo, un paraiso y con las mejores vistas del atardecer. Si bien cuesta llegar al lugar, vale la pena cada metro que se sube para tener esa vista privilegiada. Es un lugar de revista!!!!

Amazing and fun
Pros:

Is really peaceful, as the houses are separated so you really do not get disturbed. The house has a really nice distribution and space. Finally the view is amazing and the private pool is incredible.

Emplacement idéal, a quelques minutes en voiture des plages et du centre ville.
Magnifique vue, fidèle aux photos
Appartement très moderne et bien équipée

Schöne Aussicht, die Kommunikation mit den Hosts super stressig.

Cons:

In unserer Buchungsbestätigung stand: „Eine Vorauszahlung des Gesamtpreises kann jederzeit fällig werden.“ Daher gingen wir davon aus, dass die Zahlung über unsere bei Booking hinterlegte Kreditkarte erfolgt. Vor Ort machten die Hosts dann allerdings Druck, dass wir schnell überweisen sollen.

Tolle Aussicht! Etwas spärlich eingerichtet
Pros:

Phänomenale Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang, wobei wir leider einen Baum direkt im Sichtfeld hatten (die oberen Häuser sehen den Sonnenuntergang noch besser!). Die Villa ist sehr geräumig. Der Pool ist sehr schön! Wir hatten draußen Hornissennester. Als wir Bescheid gegeben haben, ist direkt jemand am kommenden Morgen gekommen und hat sie entfernt. Sehr nettes Personal! Die Lage ist gut, man braucht nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Santa Teresa! Man sollte ein Auto mit 4x4 / Allrad haben, da der Weg zur Unterkunft eine steile Schotterpiste ist.

Cons:

Sehr viel Ungeziefer (vor allem Ameisen - Tipp: keine offenen Lebensmittel stehen lassen). Die Ausstattung ist sehr spärlich - keine Sonnenliegen, kein Fön für die Haare, kein Duschgel oder Shampoo. Nur drei Löffel, ein Rotweinglas und ein Weißweinglas, usw. Der Mülleimer ging nicht zu und der Kühlschrank hat gerochen. Es gibt einen Wasserspender, aber man muss für 17 Dollar Wasser dazukaufen (kauft lieber Wasser im Supermarkt). Wir sollten per Banktransfer bezahlen, wofür wir 14€ Gebühren zahlen mussten.

Pros:

Está muy cerca de la calle principal. La casa es privada y silenciosa, lo único que se escucha es el mar. La vista es espectacular. Está muy bien acondicionada: refri, cocina, cafetera, sillón y tele. Tiene dos habitaciones y dos baños igual de bonitos con vista. La comunicación con los anfitriones es muy buena.

El alojamiento es igual que las fotos, es bellísimo, con una vista espectacular! tiene muy buena ubicación, el espacio de la casa es bastante amplio, todo estaba limpio y ordenado.
Fui con mi hija de 8 años y le encantó muchísimo la piscina, también llevé a mi perrito, no tuve ninguna complicación al respecto. Muy buena comunicación, fueron muy atentos con la información y dispuestos a ayudar por cualquier eventualidad 💯
