The staff are all attentive, warm and corteous.

Cons:

Facilities overall, they look old and poorly maintained. Given the pricepoint, I expected something more decent. And besides, it's Shangrila. Children's play area are no longer available too. Also, compared to other VIP rooms I've been to, this one is the least generous when it comes to perks.

A short stay
Pros:

The amenities - access to the gym and buffet breakfast. Close to a shopping centre and public transport.

Cons:

The room was alittle out dated for the price, the hall rooms smelt like an old smokers house and the room was abit musky.
