Demasiado básico, muy caro para lo que es
Pros:

Amplio, limpio

Cons:

No tenían nuestra reserva (no les llegó la reserva hecha a última hora, unas 3hs antes del check on). Nos dieron habitación en el hotel sino en otro edificio.

El departamento era grande pero muy básico, le faltan algunos elementos (ej jabón de ducha, shampoo, lámpara junto a la cama).

De mañana 8am se escuchaba ruido de arriba.

Nos pareció muy caro para lo que era, debería ser quizás 40% menos. Es un lugar muy básico.

Nos regalaron un desayuno por la molestia: también bastante básico.

Tranquilidade a minutos da agitação
Pros:

Localização ótima. Perto da vila/praia/restaurantes e a alguns minutos de uber do centro de Albufeira, da Praia das Falésias e da marina de Vilamoura. Funcionários do hotel muito educados, em especial a Inês.

Superó mis expectativas. El estudio excelente. Personal muy amable.
Pros:

Todo nuevo. Camas cómodos, muy limpio. Hacían lá habitación todos los días. Balcón con vistas al mar sin suplemento de precio y bien equipado. El personal muy amable. Muy cerca de la playa.

Cons:

Información sobre el funcionamiento de la cafetera y la posibilidad de COMprar el cafe en el mismo hotel. Si no lo preguntas no te lo informan. Y la sartén es de buena calidad pero se pega todo. Lo demás todo perfecto.

Great for exploring Algarve
Pros:

We had a great stay! The room was very spacious and spotless, the location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach and many restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only downside was the breakfast, which wasn’t very varied and was the same every day. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Neues Hotel in sehr guter Lage.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für ein neues Hotel. Hier wurde ein Low-Budget-Konzept (keine Pooltücher, keine eigene Bar etc.) sehr positiv umgesetzt. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise und hochwertig. Nettes Personal. Alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist besser als landestypisch. Kein riesiges Buffet, aber jeder findet, was er braucht. Die Kitchenette ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hilfreich, wenn man nicht jedes mal groß Essen gehen möchte. Das kostenlose Gemeinde-Parkhaus gegenüber ist Gold wert. Aber Achtung: während der nächtlichen Schließzeit kommt man wirklich NICHT an sein Auto. Fazit: ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen!

Cons:

Das W-LAN ist extrem schlecht. Homeoffice wäre nicht gegangen. Die sehr nette Rezeptionistin hat uns mehrere Zimmer checken lassen (großes Lob für ihren Einsatz), bis wir endlich fündig wurden und in ein freies Zimmer mit gutem W-LAN wechseln konnten. Der Poolbereich ist etwas trist und zubetoniert. Beim Frühstück wird vieles wie Butter, Marmeladen etc. in kleinen Päckchen angeboten. Das muss nicht sein.

Cons:

The hotel met our expectations overall. The photos accurately reflected reality, the value for money was good, the rooms were clean, and the soundproofing was decent. We had no complaints about the cleanliness.

The main drawback was the lack of an on-site bar or restaurant. Our interactions with the staff were limited to reception. Unfortunately, check-in on arrival was very slow and took much longer than expected.

We also found it surprising that the hotel could not provide ice. We asked for some to enjoy a bottle of wine in our room and later by the pool, but were told there was none available. For a hotel, this is a basic service that we expected.

Our biggest disappointment, however, was the handling of the pool towel deposit. We paid a €10 deposit per towel for three towels (€30 in total). When we returned the towels, the staff could not locate our deposit. We were asked to come back the next day, but the issue was never resolved. We reminded the reception team again before leaving, but we are still waiting for our €30 refund.

This unresolved issue is the main reason for our low staff rating. If the hotel contacts us and refunds the €30 deposit, we would be happy to reconsider and update our review.

Es un lugar estupendo para descansar, te sientes casi como en aquel cuento de los hermanos Grimm en que sin ver a los duendecillos te encuentras el trabajo hecho. En el tiempo en que estuvimos sólo nos cruzamos con un chico y una chica turnándose en recepción, otra chica por las mañanas en el desayuno, y un muchacho que se ocupaba de la calidad del agua en la piscina. Pero la habitación estaba perfectamente limpia siempre que volvías de la calle. El edificio está a tres minutos caminando de la playa, muy cerca de restaurantes, bares de copas, heladerías y supermercados. Tienes aparcamiento cubierto gratuito frente a la entrada principal. Los apartamentos están muy cuidados y con mobiliario nuevo. Cuentan con una cocina perfectamente equipada. Piscina pequeñita, pero está muy bien para echar un rato. Desayuno modesto en cantidades, pero con opciones para todos los gustos. Buenos zumos y buen café, tal vez falte algo de fruta y un poquito de variedad en repostería, pero correctísimo. Calidad-precio razonable para la locura que estamos viviendo este verano, ojalá sigan así con el paso del tiempo. Resumiendo, un lugar totalmente recomendable.

Cons:

La única pega que se le puede poner a este hotel es lo mal que venden su negocio en las páginas web, con fotos casi exclusivamente de los apartamentos, sin "vender" apenas el resto de instalaciones o los recursos turísticos del municipio. Desde la piscina se veían un par de apartamentos con nidos de golondrina, especie muy protegida y, precisamente por eso, un quebradero de cabeza que tendrán que afrontar en breve.
