Wunderschönes Resort in einer tollen Lage im Osten von Sizilien.

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

Our stay was very pleasant . Breakfast was good
but could be a bit better especially fresh fruit .
The room was very good . The only comment is that there is no railing on the stairs leading to the
Bedroom . We were in room 10

Cons:

Unfortunately we had a problem because the reception did not hand back the ID cards of one of the couples and we left without them . This caused us to miss the boat back to Malta and had to organise a taxi to bring them to Pozzallo .that caused us quite an invconvenience

Exceptional stay and surprising culinary experience
Pros:

Donna Carmela Resort is a gem. The resort takes you by surprise, the staff are ao friendly and well versed in English, the food is simply divine and the grounds are fantastic. And to top it up , charging your electric car is completely FREE! Yes free. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Fantastisch verblijf !
Pros:

Top plek, echt zo’n lokatie waar je helemaal in de watten wordt gelegd. Zowel wat betreft de kamer, het eten, de wijnen als de kleine attenties op de kamer.

Cons:

De prijzen zijn er ook naar, een glas goede lokale wijn kost 15€. Advies: zet dat van je af en geniet.

Hotel con encanto lleno de detalles, un oasis de paz
Pros:

Hotel de diseño, bien decorado, con amplios jardines muy bien cuidados. La piscina en verano es un lujo disfrutar de ella, con la posibilidad de tomar algo en el bar de al lado. Personal muy amable. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar el Etna, Taormina y Catania y después poder relajarte en el hotel. Nuestra habitación daba al volcán y lo veíamos cada mañana nada más despertar. La parte de dulces del desayuno es espectacular, caseros y muy buenos. Por último, destacar que es pet friendly y para nosotros se agradece que den la posibilidad de poder viajar con tu mascota.

Cons:

La variedad de la parte salada del desayuno. Echamos en falta más embutido, queso, posibilidad de hacerte tostadas..etc. Los platos a la carta del desayuno no nos parecieron a la altura de la restauración que ofrece. Si mejorasen este aspecto, tendría el 10.
