Pros:

Great value for a Hanoi Hotel, the staff is exceptionally helpful and attentive, especially Phu’o’ng, our receptionist. What also stood out was that they had some european breakfast options.

1st time entered a hotel lobby with turned off Aircon . Asked for deluxe double got a different room type instead . Room Aircon takes forever to cool down room .

This stay was exceptional. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. An, Mr. Dzung, and all the staff at Mường Thanh Hotel for their incredible kindness and hospitality.

I booked a room to celebrate my parents' wedding anniversary, and when they learned that my father is battling cancer, they went above and beyond — offering words of encouragement, a complimentary room upgrade, and emotional support when he needed it most. The room was super spacious with a beautiful view, which made the stay even more comfortable. Thanks to their warmth and care, my dad felt much more at ease, starting his new journey with a more welcoming mind and a positive spirit. We are truly grateful for everything they've done.

Nothing special, room feels unfinished
Pros:

The staff are very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The room feels like it wasn’t finished. The surrounding streets were also flooded when we arrived, so we had to walk there on foot in the flooded streets to get to the hotel.
