The room was dirty. There were several cockroaches inside the room. Pillow and blanket were stinking.
There were beer cans and bottles inside the room. Bathroom was very dirty. Tv was not working

It was a horrible experience. We have booked the hotel for a 3 day stay, booked 3 rooms & none of the rooms are clean. I felt like they have never cleaned the room after any guest check out. Rooms are full of dust, the curtains & floor are fully stained. There was a weird smell in the rooms. Cockroaches were there in the cupboard. In the balcony literally plants were growing. The bathroom was horrible too. Fully stained mirror. The komod is not clean. After telling the hotel & stuff multiple times they didn't do anything about it. Asked to change rooms but those rooms are also the same. After we asked them to at least clean the rooms but after that they didn't send any one to clean in our 3 day stay. The behaviour of the reception staff was very rude. 4/5 guys ware there in the reception area all the time. They only sit and relax. No customer service nothing. Only they are interested in taking the money, not giving any customer service. After all this when we checked out they didn't say our ids was with them( they took it while checking in). After we left we remembered we don't have the ids. We called them multiple times to at least courier the IDs or give it to the bus driver as we were staying at 3/4 hrs away and the buses are passing in front of the hotel only. They not only said no but also added not to disturb them. This was the behaviour and the hotel service.
