Value for money and will be back.
Pros:

The staff particularly Jov and Emma were as always top class . The receptionist was fab as well always nice when they recognise you from previous visits

Cons:

Had to run around to get wet in the shower and difficult to regulate .

Brilliant location, lovely food, comfy beds and even a small soft play area for the kids they loved it!
Pros:

Location 20 minutes from city centre of Liverpool if that and also lovely food and friendly staff

Staff was good. Place is dated and needs good amount of maintenance.

Cons:

Cleaning was not up to mark. Mouldy bath silicone. Broken shower. Breakfast was okay.

Pros:

Nice room, and friendly staff.

Cons:

No cask beer available on a Saturday night. Greene King are renowned for their excellent cask ales. Greene King IPA, and Abott Ale especially.

Very warming, homely, comfortable and welcoming.

Cons:

Windows were left open when we entered the room and several spiders were found in the room. We spoke to reception and they said they would happily move them for us next time.

Bed was to hard not as comfortable as the last stay we had

The taps didn’t work on bath only shower worked WiFi wasnt good and branch outside window knocking when it was windy and a drippy tap
