Easy location ti where we needed to be

Cons:

Bed was hard and only seen one member of staff on arrival, then no one was to be seen reception desolate . Hardly any plu sockets in room and bedside lamp hanging off

Very nice stay on - comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely consider staying there again.
Pros:

It was in a good location for us to visit family.
On site parking. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent service from the hotel staff, particularly Sally who went above and beyond to meet our needs.

Cons:

The public bar area was not kept continuously clean, e.g. tables sticky, coffee machine, unwashed cups. Water from the bathroom in bathroom sink taps only came out at a slow dribble.

Good access and parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Room good size and comfortable. Good tea/coffee facilities in the room and breakfast available in restaurant...

Cons:

Shower weak flow and looking tired, some seals leaking and discoloured . Rather hot in summer as the rooms don't have air conditioning

Pros:

The room was comfortable despite the heatwave. I also like the fact that there is still a bath, although using the shower wasn't very easy to manage.

Cons:

There was a very loud music performance on Monday afternoon. No doubt some people enjoyed it, but the volume seemed somewhat excessive and I could hear it in my room.

Hotel needs modernisation,it’s convenient for us to see family .
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The shower got so hot it could scald you,the restaurant was full of flys when we were eating breakfast, the hotel needs updating,we had a lovely sleep until the bin men turned up at 4-45am .
