Warm a lovely staff at the Royal Oak
Pros:

Great staff so friendly and always willing to help great value for money and everything is so central lised we just love Bromborough. Met the manager at the Royal Oak JANE what can I say so lovely friendly and bubbly person was a pleasure meeting her also the staff Liam, Hayley, Adiana, Lynn such was,a pleasure meeting the staff again making our trip very pleasurable Thank you sooo much for serving us and we love coming to the Royal Oak because of the staff Thank you Hayley for giving us the best room u r a star and the breakfast is amazing thank you sooo much

Cons:

Rooms need a good vamp new bathroom and we didn't like that our room wasn't hooverd at all while we stayed i dont like to moan but I'm just been honest I know they are short staffed also needs more plug sockets in the room and a good refurbishment paint,new lamps new furniture

New rooms, much more like a premier inn

Serious lack of plugs, so 2 people charging phones and boiling kettle just won’t work .WiFi ok ish.

Overall we did enjoy our stay and would stay again.

The food was good value for money and
The staff were very helpful

Cons:

The shower in the room was very poor the pressure was almost non existent which made showering very difficult.
Two of the light bulbs above the mirrors did not work.
Rooms are quite warm on a sunny day.could do with a fan in the room.
The choice of draught ale was very limited.
