Great place, very friendly helpful staff
Pros:

Delightful staff, very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable room, hot water and wifi. Thanks for a great stay!

Cons:

There was a function on at the time and food took a long time in the restaurant so just go early and be ready for that. :)

Laddies at the reception were very nice. The room was nice and clean.

The bed was a double bed, I was expecting a queen since I chose delux and it was for two people.

Loved it! Staff were over and beyond!
I was quite particular about the times we were to have dinner for work and they were always punctual and understanding.

Enjoyed the stay, the staff was accommodating.

That thing should not be called a hotel. It’s old and bad facilities. Everytime you enter the room it smells stuffy beca

The only thing that makes that place running is the staff, they are friendly but working in an old place

Cons:

I booked an en-suite hoping it will have better facilities but nix no microwave, no fridge, just a plain room with backyard balcony view. If you are there to stay for more than 1 day reconsider. Lesotho is cold we bought food to the room in the morning they told us they can’t warm them up it’s not allowed, after they told us that they gave us standard room when we complained. They took us to the en-suite. They were just the same, the 2nd room was even worse no air con. It was 4 days of disaster

The Hotel is worth the amount paid, and staff very friendly.

We loved the way the rooms were so warm, and how their food was very nice. Their portions were very generous
