Pros:

The room was cleaned when we left for the day and our property was nicely packed


The stuff was very hospitable and helpful when we needed our hot water to be fixed.

The hotel was clean and quiet, which sorted our taste in the overall environment.

The staff, especially the security and receptionist were friendly. The premises are clean, room is well kept and value for money.

The breakfast buffet could have a little more variety. In a room of 2 people, there were less items on the tea stations (sufficient for only 1 person)

The room was spacious. The breakfast was nice

Cons:

The rooms have no air conditioning. The old school heater barely did anything to keep the room warm. The bed was quite hard, it was funny actually 😅

The hotel need some renovation and they also need to hire a plumber

No fridge
The kettle was not working
Bad food when requesting the food to the room but when we ate at the restaurant it tasted better

Lovely stay at Mountain View hotel
Pros:

The receptionist was very friendly her name is Matshidiso and made our stay so easy as me and my sisters needed to be close to each other and that happened, the security guys also were also friendly. We had a lovely stay and we were warm
