Pros:

Great location in Colaba, pretty good breakfast, great views if you book the right room.

Cons:

The rooms look old, every area in the hotel is somehow narrow and inconvenient, pool water not heated, some of the reception staff have terrible manners

OK but would probably look to stay elsewhere if in Mumbai again.
Pros:

Good sized room (suite), excellent breakfast. Good location for Colaba.

Cons:

The package we booked with Booking.com was somewhat miss-described. We expected to get complimentary drinks between 6.30-7.30pm, it turned out this was just for 1 night of our 3 night stay. We expected to get a complimentary bottle of wine, this turned out to be half a bottle of wine. We expected to get a complimentary food platter, this turned out to be 4 pieces of fruit. We expected to get some complimentary laundry, none was provided. The staff at the hotel didn't understand the package we had booked and were unable to adequately explain what was and what was not included.

Come for the room, stay for the breakfast
Pros:

Location is great - sea view, walk to Taj Hotel, not far from Marine Drive, near Colaba Market

Staff is great - pool area is lovely - rooms very comfortable

The best part of a stay here is the complimentary breakfast. Many great Indian choices, and the array changes every day!!

Wait, the restaurant serves great Indian food at dinner as well!

This is why we’ve stayed here 3 times since 2019

Decent stay at best.
Pros:

The breakfast was Excellent and the Hotel is well located in the heart of Colaba. They have a pleasing lobby.

Cons:

The Room was very small and it wasn't value for money. The Swimming Pool is very small.
