Cons:

Very disappointed coz I didn’t stay at Fariyas. I tried cancelling my booking and was only a couple of hours late but was told I’ll be charged cancellation fee. This is so disappointing as there was zero flexibility even though I tried cancelling on 26-Jan for 28-Jan check it. I will not stay at Fariyas for my future trip to mumbai !!!

A good location and very relaxed hotel.
Pros:

The buffet was very good. The pool very clean Staff were helpful.

Pros:

Only the location.

Cons:

Not worth the price at all. Their prices are 4-5 star level, but the maintenance is not. The rooms are average and poorly maintained. The staff is not very helpful, and they are understaffed as well. They are charging the premium only due to the location, else it’s not worth the price.

Dobry wybór, wszędzie blisko!
Pros:

Bardzo duży pokój Oxford Suite. Wygodne łóżko, piękny widok. Bardzo zaangażowany w swoją pracę Pan sprzątający pokoje na 9 piętrze oraz przesympatyczna p.Nikita na recepcji (oraz druga Pani, której imienia nie pamiętam). Mini-bar dobrze zaopatrzony z uczciwymi cenami. Śniadanie OK.

Cons:

Kompletny brak zabezpieczeń przy płatności kartą kredytową - mój numer karty kredytowej był wydrukowany i dołączony w recepcji do karty meldunkowej!
