Erm. Very good. 9/10 deserved.
Pros:

It looked exactly like the pictures. Very awesome. Very nice clean and quiet

Cons:

The doors were a little hard to shut...when leaving your room the doors locked almost immediately...you'd have to re-enter the code if you wanted to shut the door quietly. Not a big deal with their modern keypad door.

Absolutely nothing - it’s all lies.

Cons:

1. The listing clearly states free parking on-site, but there was no parking lot and it was only street parking (the wording is very misleading).

2. The listing also stated no drugs or smoking in the premises but there were guests smoking as soon as we walked in and the entire building reeked of weed.

3. The listing also states there are no pets allowed on the premises but we could hear a dog barking.

4. Which leads to my final point. The walls are so thin and the quiet hours were clearly listed. But there was so much noise including an alarm that went off for an hour.

How is there no one on-site to ensure that rules are being maintained? We could not get an ounce of sleep and immediately the next morning. I spoke with the customer service department the next day and they said to provide written documentation through an email and provide any evidence I have and that I would hear back from someone very soon. Obviously we can't provide evidence of smell or film anyone’s pet in their room. But we provided screenshots of the listing and videos you can listen on full volume to hear the alarm going off between 11PM - 12AM.

They said they would get back to us latest 48 hours.. it’s now been over a week.

Nightmare
Pros:

Nothing. The property owner blocked the entrance so I couldn't stay. They canceled the reservation but refuse to give me a refund.

Cons:

The entire experience. The property owner is deceptive and horrible to do business with.

Pros:

The location is great!

Cons:

There is no parking available and the neighborhood is full of people trying to park. There is no elevator so if your room is on the second floor remember you have to carry all your stuff.

Get what you pay for.
Pros:

Nice room, good facilities.

Cons:

The bed and pillows. Had worst sleep of my life and I have back pain from it. Like sleeping on a rock and pillows are useless and had to buy my own after the first night.
Walls are quite thin and lots of people coming and going and making noise.
