Pros:

Localisation au top dans le vieux quartier.
Mais c est surtout le personnel que nous avons adoré.
Un immense merci à Ngau 🫶🏻 qui parle parfaitement français et qui est la tout simplement pour que nos vacances se passent le mieux possible.
En nous conseillant les meilleures adresses, les meilleures escursions,
Faisant les démarches pour nous 😇
Madame et moi ne parlons ni anglais ni vietnamien donc Ngau nous a organisé notre séjour que nous avons choisi.
Vraiment un gain de temps et surtout sans mauvaise surprise.

Gute Lage mitten im Leben, freundlicher Empfang, sauberes Zimmer, gute Wasserversorgung

Cons:

Mir wurde ein kostenpflichtiges Upgrade angeboten, welches ich dann auch angenommen habe. Leider wird für Kartenzahlungen eine Zusatzgebühr verlangt, was vorher nicht kommuniziert worden war.

Good location, but the hotel was dirty: mold, humidity and spider webs.
Pros:

The staff were very kind, really the kindest people I have ever met in my life. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city

Cons:

There was a lot of mold, humidity, dust and spider webs in the room (photos attached), and the owner asked me to give 10/10 on the last day (27/11/2025), which made me feel uncomfortable as I didn’t know what to say

Dir Lage war sehr gut, es war in der Altstadt wo man überall zu fuß gut durch kam

Cons:

Das Zimmer sah auf den Bildern meiner meinung nach anders aus, bzw hat mir die Aussicht leider gefehlt… ansonsten war alles gut
