Needs a little more discipline in the breakfast area which was very disappointing.

Easy to access from major road. Lovely views. Pleasant seating areas and good facilities.

Cons:

Service at breakfast and no one to tell new arrivals how to proceed through the layout of the food.

Not very comfortable
Cons:

Noise from room above especially during the night. Extremely hot weather but no cooling available - even a fan might have helped.

Ok if you just want to get your head down for a few hours
Pros:

Rooms just like a premier inn

Cons:

Staff in the restaurant part were so rude. No food at breakfast had to wait ages. Absolute mess on the drinks table with almost every jug empty, very dirty. No cutlery or bowls around for cereal, when you asked the staff they were so rude and not helpful.
