Pros:

A quiet, convenient location for our needs. Very friendly staff all round. Breakfast and food in the adjacent bar area very good ,with many offers on meals. All food hot and a good choice. Would stay again if travelling through this area.

Pros:

Handy being right next to pub and other amenities. Used to be Premier Inn so you know what your getting.

Cons:

Was very hot and the air con didn't really push out any air. The area is not as nice as it used to be.

Comfortable but cleanliness could be improved
Pros:

Close to Billings Aquadrome

Cons:

The toilet was dirty and there was a terrible smell in there once we’d had a shower. I also asked for a ground floor room and received a message to say this had been allocated, however on arrival and check in, there were no ground floor rooms left

Nice room, lovely hotel staff, pleasant location, excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Perfectly comfortable room, as expected, with very friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast was excellent in the on-site pub. We also had a drink in the pub, and it was a very pleasant waterfront location for this.
