Pleasant hotel let down by issues with the infrastructure.
Pros:

It was reasonable value for money, rooms comfortable and had free onsite parking all big plus.
Staff were all fantastic and couldn’t do enough to make guests happy.

Cons:

The walls were too thin floors creaked whenever anybody moved upstairs, I eventually asked to be moved as I must have had a marching band in the room above.
However I became very conscious of the floors creaking at every move I made.
Lastly the WIFI was atrocious.

Very nice and pleasant stay.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean, the bed couldn’t be more comfortable.
The breakfast was outstanding, plenty to eat and drink.

Cons:

There could have been more seating in the room, except for 1 small chair we had to sit to watch tv on the bed.

Clean and comfortable, does the job.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, but with limited options for hot food. Our room was clean and bigger than expected. All the necessary amenities were provided.

Cons:

Staff were overwhelmed at breakfast on one morning of our stay, although they admitted it was busier than usual. Customer service was less friendly than the previous day due to this.

The heater had been turned off in the room so the temperature was only 9 degrees c. when we arrived , the room took 2 hours to warm up to 18 degrees . We did tell the receptionist who apologised but is this likely to happen again ? We are regular visitors and will not risk another evening in a freezing room
