We were a large happy group well looked after, real value for money.
Pros:

No frills but very clean and comfortable at a good price with very helpful, cheerful staff.
Loved the position on the quay overlooking the canal boats.

Update in some areas needed..
Pros:

Checking in was well organised and quick..The breakfast had plenty of choice as did the evening meal
And the bar staff were very welcoming..

Cons:

The lack of water,fridge,and phone to contact reception if needed, also my matress smelt feisty and sour could have done with a clean.
Also not happy with shower over bath..walk in showers are safer and more accommodating for the older generation
But it was clean with soft white towels..

Pros:

I liked the surrounding area of the hotel

Cons:

Scale in the toilet, bed uncomfortably, noise from outside room, creaky room floor. Breakfast was poor also.
