Pros:

Отличное расположение, удобная кровать, прекрасно спится, тишина, завтрак скромный, но есть все необходимое (хлеб, масло, сыр, вареные яйца, омлет, фрукты, овощи и кофе), персонал всегда готов помочь и пойти навстречу. Черный кот прекрасен! :)

Cons:

Некоторые перебои с напором воды по вечерам, невозможно купить зубные щетки и пасту на ресепшн (в номере нет гигиенического набора), простыня была с дыркой и в номере не было тапочек (пришлось ходить на ресепшн)

Очень хорошее размещение, близко к остановке трамвая, близко до всех достопримечательностей. Персонал приятный, очень вежливый.

Cons:

В марте в номере было невозможно холодно, приходилось постоянно включать кондиционер на обогрев. В ванной и туалете невозможно находиться, так холодно.

В душе то нормальный напор, то еле идет вода.

Завтраки так себе, разнообразия особого нет, много жирного (картошка, луковые кольца фри, картофельные палочки в панировке), десерты несъедобные, кофе порошковый в кофемашине.

Белье не меняли ни разу за 5 дней, полотенца только если скинуть их на пол.

Мы попали в Рамадан, из окон с 5.45 утра слышны пения, звукоизоляции 0.

Pros:

Шикарный вид на море из окон номера, крик чаек по утрам. Это непередаваемо. Отзывчивый персонал на ресепшн. Всегда улыбчивые горничные. Завтрак хотелось бы поразнообразнее.

Hotel is zijn score helemaal niet waard, eerder een 2 op 5
Pros:

kamers waren proper, matras versleten en badkamer aan vernieuwing toe

Cons:

ontbijt was een grote tegenvaller.
klein buffet en we verlangen niet veel maar dit was ondermaats.

Lovely hotel, excellent location and friendly staff.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Acra hotel! The location was fantastic, close to the main tourist sites i.e. the Blue Mosque, topkapi place and Hagia Sophia within minutes walking distance, but without the noise and hustle and bustle of the busy streets. The hotel was clean and cosy, traditional and simple and felt homely. The staff were fantastic, from the front desk staff Younis and Emre (Mert), to the lovely cleaners who were all so helpful and accommodating. We really appreciate that you made our stay comfortable and we will hopefully be staying at the Acra hotel again in the future! Thank you and best wishes, Aishah and the Uddin family :)
