Very good
Pros:

I stayed here as it is close to where a friend lives. The staff are pleasant. It is not far from Patel Nagar metro. It is reasonably clean. If it manages to maintain the same standard next time I come, I will stay here again.

Cons:

It took ages to get hot water out of the hot water tap!
