Beautiful location, staff extremely helpful, room was very clean.
Tv needs updating or to allow firesticks etc to be able to be plugged in. Everything else perfect.
Colazione e ristorante ottimi, personale gentilissimo camere pulite e struttura davvero bella
Una stupidaggine. ripenserei solo la posizione del televisore
The location is lovely, very scenic. The room was big and had plenty of space. Staff are lovely and welcoming
Could do with a few touch-ups - loose tiles in the bathroom, flaking paint on the walls, etc. No plug sockets near the bed!

The location is stunning. Lovely view right on the river, ample parking. Very tranquil and relaxing.
The spider webs all across the window. Just needed a brush off once a week. (Arachnophobia at its finest)
The room was stunning, the afternoon tea was yummy and good value for money
Unfortunately the area was flooded so was not able to walk around as much as we would of liked
Location
Room is a bit small & the room above had noisy floorboards
The cottage rooms very dull and sparse and in need of updating.
Rooms and beds dull.
The main residential hotel looked impressive. Due to the weather, the car park was mainly flooded.
I was placed in the neighbouring cottage. Not impressed, but it was Valentine's night.
Food and staff
Wasn’t really clean and very old
