delicious food, peaceful setting, would stay again
Pros:

great location by the river it's so peaceful! We decided to have room service and the food was delicious. The room was good and spacious, had tea and coffee facilities, tv. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a typical buffet style, they had veggie sausages when we asked which didn't take long to come out.

Cons:

nothing, i imagine this hotel can get really busy at times though which would make it less peaceful

Pros:

Location is beautiful and peaceful. We made the most of the gorgeous river bank setting with water fowl and a couple of mink spotted playing just feet away.

Cons:

Our cottage room which we have stayed in a few times is really ready for an update. Hope its happening soon.

we had a great time - in spite of the room and the temperature,
Pros:

Staff were great, Food was great - particularly breakfast.
Location was ideal for Donnington racetrack.

Cons:

stayed in a suite - anything but luxurious - a very old building and although it was clean - the furnishings and fitting were extremely tired . we stayed in a heatwave of 30 + degrees, and it was almost impossible to sleep.

Pros:

Beautiful location, fabulous food, staff were great.

Cons:

Lodge rooms (11) were nice but possibly getting near to needing a refurbishment externally , a few signs of the need for maintenance/ tidying up.
