I like that this hotel is center to everything , there are many shops and restaurants in the immidiate vicinity
that it was going trough a renovation at the time of my stay, so allot of work was being conducted , but still it was really nice

That I couldn't afford to stay longer.
Staff were all lovely, Location was ok, had a pool and lazy river ( was never open due to storms apparently, but still had a pool) room was ok and comfortable enough. Close to a lovely little restaurant called Perkins ( 2 minute walk) and many other places.
I know it is Changing hands, but the signs look really cheap outside.

The wifi was terrible. I let them know everyday and nothing was fixed.

Location was decent. Housekeeping guy was nice and helpful. Lazy river was ok
Check in girl didn’t explain where the room was so we had to hunt for it and walk all over. Lazy river only open certain times and only had 4-5 floats. It and the pool could use a good cleaning. Carpets in hall were severely stained and hotel overall needs a good cleaning and renovation.
Went to front desk to checkout and was charged daily resort fee. Went back in to show it was already paid w booking and the girl immediately refunded with no questions or explanation. Seemed scammy.

Si me gustó deberían de poner más salvavidas en el río porque son muy pocos y la gente pelea cuando está muy lleno por la espera y llenarlos más porque siempre están vacíos un poco de aire. Y que los salvavidas vayan con más ánimo. Y humor porque siempre están con cara de aborrecidos no todos
El desayuno está bueno pero todo los días el menú es el mismo … en la área de piscina los salvavidas con cara d mal humor como aborrecidos y las bodas redondas par el río tienen muy pocas y vacías no las tienen muy llenas ..
