The owner is very kind.
The noise levels betw 7-9am and from 11pm-2am was more than I am use to. The family with 2 small children were loud and the young girls laughing till 2am and showering at 130am was disturbing.
The staff worked closely with me when I lost the key to my room and couldn't retrieve any of my baggage. The owner was away but available and responsive, and his friend got me a very nice room (felt like a luxury suite!) in a nearby house for one night until he could retrieve a second key for me to use. They were expert at allaying my anxiety! Facilities are clean, quiet, in a nice older house in a quiet, friendly neighborhood.
Nothing! I highly recommend this place!

The price was good as staying in Boston is far to expensive. 5 minutes walk to train station $2.40 into Boston City centre, 10 minutes on the train every 5 minutes. Loads of shops bars and restaurants nearby.
Just the shared bathroom really.
Did not try the breakfast. (I am gluten-free.) Great location for me personally.
Comfortable room. Great beautiful wood floors. Comfortable bed. Water dispenser great idea.
Building door lock did not work on initial attempt to get into room but it was just owing to the battery being dead. Took about 5 minutes to get it fixed, after fumbling with it for a couple minutes to realize it was not my fault it did not work.
Checked in at daytime, but came back to room at night. Very dark. Would have been nice if default room prep would have included configuring the light switch to turn on a light when flipping the switch. Instead the overhead light was turned off at the ceiling fan. Light switch at door only started the ceiling fan. No big deal, but did not figure out situation till later. Meant feeling my way across room to light near bed to get some room light. Also would be nice to have at least one electric outlet near the bed. Was not expecting the only outlet to be hanging vertically behind the TV.

Location. Clean and tidy. Nice people and the owner have come around daily making sure everything was in order. Bed, bed sheets and towels were clean and smelled nice.
Some of the kitchen appliances were out of order. No coffee machine and no toaster.

Great space for 2 sharing relaxing room. Good access to kitchen need confidence in using as all house guests & owners use it
Unfortunately the WiFi was not working causing a bit of inconvenience. Another blanket in room would help
Excellent place to stay in Boston, close to subway, a lot of bars around, very quiet area.

No communication
Everyone was very friendly and everything we needed we found in the house. The proximity to the metro station made it really easy to get around.
Nitpicking but maybe another chair in the room.
