Pros:

Je n'ai pas pu occupé la chambre qui est au 5ème étage alors que j'ai un problème de hernie discale. J'ai remis la clé dans la boite et je vous ait envoyé un message à cet effet pour un remboursement conformément aux dispositions légales.
