Wonderful host
Pros:

The host was lovely, helpful and accomodating, and the room was comfortable warm and safe. The bed was very comfortable. I've seen some bad reviews on here, however I don't think they do this place justice as the host is very kind and accomodating, and the room was clean and tidy, just basic but what to people expect for such reasonable prices? Had a very pleasant stay and will definitely visit again

Disgusting
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

The empty vodka bottles in the room - the fag ends behind the unit.. was disgusting- left as soon as I arrived. I have pictures but wouldn't dare share the pictures.

Short brisk walk from the centre.
Pros:

In reasonable distance from town. Parking near house. Good to get on with management.

Cons:

The elderly owner has medical problems. He is approachable, therefore someone should help him to keep banister rail, garden, bathroom floor and bath clean. The soft furnishings need cleaning to get rid of the odour in the house. Needs some immulsion. It would n't take a lot to put it right. I wish him the very best for the future. Canny chap.

Essentially a B&B without one of the Bs
Pros:

Host was friendly, just saw him once on arrival, just 12 minute walk into town, bed comfy enough

Cons:

As often happens advert can be a little misleading, £40/ night would have been nearer the mark considering without a breakfast

As I opened the patio doors a musty smell was present there was dirt on the floor the skirting were filthy as I proceeded up stairs there was dirt on the stairs coffee stains down the wall very dirty if so.eone advertises on your website then the property should be clean not looking like a squat not very happy so drove back home to Sheffield would not recommend this property to anyonev
