Pros:

Beautiful view of paddy fields and mountains from the balcony. Clean rooms and good buffet breakfast.
The young husband and wife who manage the hotel are kind and ready to help (and they have made the effort to learn Japanese !)
They arranged for a car and driver to go and visit the H'Mong Palace in Saphin and booked our seats on a limousine bus back to Ha Giang.
We definitely will come back again !

Cons:

We could have stayed longer as we are retiree travelling on our own, but we ran out of Vietnamese dongs and the hotel does not accept credit cards payments. And as of July 2026, Dong Van banks do not exchange money. We are sure this problem is only temporary as the number of tourists is increasing rapidly.

Very clean, with AC, good size room
Pros:

I am giving it such a good raiting vecause I did not expect to find in such a small town a hotel with AC, good size rooms, but most important: very clean and confortable beds. Breakfast was ok

Staff tried there best to make you comfortable it is a very new hotel
Pros:

Breakfast could have some eggs and cheese fruit with real coffee not just 3 in one powder mix Beds and bedding very nice and with a glassed in shower
