Very nice and pleasant stay.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The apartment was tastefully decorated and very clean. Great view of the hills and lights of the city at night.

Cons:

I thought I had booked a hotel room, not an apartment. My booking confirmation had only the location address for the complex. Hence when I arrived I did not have the Tower number (there were 5 towers) nor an apartment number. My name was not with any of the Reception areas nor were they able to help me locate the correct terminal. It took 2 hours to get this data from the apartment owner via booking.com. It would have been quite easy to leave a list of expected arrivals at the desk so they would know who was arriving and what owner to contact.
The amenities were not in place that were listed on the site. No shampoo. The body wash in the shower was heavily deluted down and watery, as was the dish soap in the kitchen. No extra trash bags. No instructions on operating the stove top, which did not turn on or the washing machine, which I did figure out. A brief writeup would have been nice. Had these points been in, it would have been 10's across the boards.

Cons:

The host was completely unresponsive. The room had roches and mold. The room in the photos is fake! That's not the room I was given. No wifi, no tv, the shower was super nasty. Only 2 lights worked. The room smelled like mildew. No mattress, just a box spring. I want my money back!

Perfect place to stay
Pros:

Great location, very safe and secure. Staff was always helpful. A lot of restaurants and shops close by.

Overall it was okay
Pros:

Cons:

Host is not very friendly and accommodative. He/She never shared details of checkin and parking process

The mobile number listed on the property address never works and i had to send email to host back n forth to know details.

Host should have explained the entire process so that i can plan my things.

Highly unsatisfactory customer service.

Also property has aircon but no ventilation.

Very nice apartment
Pros:

Good location. Nice view from 28th floor. The pool. . Washing machine was nice extra and needed. Good restaurants close by and 7eleven across the street

Cons:

Some of the utensils were not clean. And the mattress in bed wasn't very comfy.

Strategic location in the heart of Cebu City
Pros:

Good location, near a mall.
Decent water pressure and heater.
Netflix works well.

Cons:

Needed to check-in slightly earlier due to illness but there was a delay.
Slow check-in at the concierge, elevators are also not the fastest.
The room and bed were rather narrow.

Comfortable place
Pros:

It was very comfortable and the location was great.
Washer was really useful since I was travelling and need to wash clothes. We're able to also use the kitchen as it has cups, plates and utensils. The guard was also helpful in booking a taxi cab at 4am going to the airport.
