Cons:

The host was completely unresponsive. The room had roches and mold. The room in the photos is fake! That's not the room I was given. No wifi, no tv, the shower was super nasty. Only 2 lights worked. The room smelled like mildew. No mattress, just a box spring. I want my money back!

Pros:

Host is not very friendly and accommodative. He/She never shared details of checkin and parking process

The mobile number listed on the property address never works and i had to send email to host back n forth to know details.

Host should have explained the entire process so that i can plan my things.

Highly unsatisfactory customer service.

Also property has aircon but no ventilation.

Very nice apartment
Pros:

Good location. Nice view from 28th floor. The pool. . Washing machine was nice extra and needed. Good restaurants close by and 7eleven across the street

Cons:

Some of the utensils were not clean. And the mattress in bed wasn't very comfy.

Strategic location in the heart of Cebu City
Pros:

Good location, near a mall.
Decent water pressure and heater.
Netflix works well.

Cons:

Needed to check-in slightly earlier due to illness but there was a delay.
Slow check-in at the concierge, elevators are also not the fastest.
The room and bed were rather narrow.

Comfortable place
Pros:

It was very comfortable and the location was great.
Washer was really useful since I was travelling and need to wash clothes. We're able to also use the kitchen as it has cups, plates and utensils. The guard was also helpful in booking a taxi cab at 4am going to the airport.
