The room was so dirty.it was a big room but air conditioning wasn’t enough. I feel warm in my room.
Washroom was not clean enough. Overall it’s not a good place for living.

Not recommended if you are travelling with family but if you are solo then location wise its good.
Pros:

the location was perfect. Right on the entrance of Negombo beach. Location cannot have been better

Cons:

The description of room was totally wrong. I booked a villa with separate living room but I was denied access to that area by hotel staff. They provided only a small room which was not at all maintained. It was dirty, wooden fixtures broken and ceiling fan not working.

Pros:

Hotel and facilities are maintained well. .Staff were good ,special mention to be made about Ms.Sewwandi and Mr.Sarath who were excellent and always ready to help guests in making their stay comfortable .Food was good and price reasonable. Property is located near to beach which is an added attraction.
