The rooms were really nice and so clean! They even made fancy toilet paper designs :) the water pressure in the shower was incredible and the hot water heated up really fast. The staff were also super helpful, shout out to Shamir who was especially helpful and even helped us with all of our luggage! The restaurant was also really good.
We stayed here as a family while traveling between the Belize and Mexico border, and it was the perfect convenient stop. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the secure parking gave us peace of mind. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the pool was closed and our kids were really disappointed after a long car ride. That’s when Shahida stepped in. She immediately noticed their disappointment and asked what she could do for us. Thanks to her, we were able to use the whirlpool jacuzzi in a suite, and she completely saved our evening.

The casino is not my thing but it is separated by the hotel so no issues there.

Entrance smells like cigarette
Was great. The breakfast was free but we had to ask for it. It wasn’t automatic
We had a great stay at this hotel. The servers in the restaurant and room service were not friendly and do not pay attention to details, such as serving me cold coffee for breakfast or serving dessert one hour after dinner.

Está en la zona libre de belize, se disfruta la comodidad de las instalaciones, área de alberca, el casino. Tiene el concepto de descanso y diversión.Este hotel se encuentra aún lado grandes almacenes. Muy recomendable darse una vuelta por las tiendas.

I love the beds. They were confy. The location was great
The breakfast was poor, and the prices of their food and drinks were outrageously high. They need to fumigate the pool area, mosquitos look like airplanes, and everyone get bitten several times, so we had to leave within 15 minutes of being in the pool
Nice clean and affordable
If you are coming to this property from Belize you have to cross the Mexico border to get there. If you have a rental car they may not let it cross the border. Ours died right outside of the border because of the tracking system. You have to pay to cross the border, about $15 US dollars. We did not know this and booked 5 nights. Hotel refused to refund us
